WALT - Identify and uses tenths to make numbers

This weeks task we are learning about Statistics. We had to Identify the uses of tenths to make numbers. We had to use graphs, Percentages, Decimals and Fractions to solve out our learning. The graphs showed us what we had to solve and work out on our own way.

This weeks task we are learn about decimals. In our task we had to use popsicle sticks in our learning.  

All in the family.

This week's maths assignment is all in the family. I had to discuss our work with my friend and we found out that our class that theirs 44 brothers in our class and 43 sisters.

2. I have discussed with a friend and I found out that my class total of brothers has 44 and the total of sisters in our class has 43 and only 1 person has no brothers or sisters.

Complex sentences

Last weeks writing we have been working about complex sentences. In slide three we had to highlight the independent clause blue and the dependent clause red. This activity was hard but fun at the same time.

Sniff Swing Swipe.

This week we have been learning about sniff swing and swipe. This is about animals being kept in zoos. Children around the community's have been taking part in making fun inventions for the Keas. We also created our own invention in our google drawings. Here is my inventions.

Simple, compound complex Sentences

Walt: Identify and use simple, compound and complex sentences.
This working lesson we have been learning how to make our own compound, complex and simple sentences. The green represents the simple,The blue represents the compound and the red represents the complex.

2 years ago there was a boy called Harry. Harry was the only child and he was always lonely. He would have everything in the world but one thing friendship. Harry wished to be with friends for years.  He tried and tried but still no friends. After 1 year his mum finally decided to let him go to an ordinary school because of his good education work. On his first day harry was so excited because this was his first time going to school.  harry went inside his new school. While the day past harry made two new friends Tom and Dez.  When the day was over his dream came true.
