Recently I did a speech if front of my class about why kids should get paid to go to school. My teacher Mr Wiseman recorded us while we were presenting our speech. The next task was for us to do a reflection about our speech and how we felt during it.
A great reflection Judah, delivered in a clear and confident manner. It's interesting how much negative things we say to ourselves eh? Hopefully next time you can turn that negative self talk into something positive.
